The company formed in 2008 as AB Architects and changed to Limited Company status in 2014 now trading as A:B Studio Chartered Architects Ltd.

Colin Thompson, the director, qualified as an architect in 1998 and has many years of experience as a practicing chartered architect including the delivery of hundreds of dwellings (both houses and flats) and various commercial, healthcare, office, retail, industrial, education and sports buildings
