Loft conversion

Conversion of the loft of a large Victorian house in the west end of Glasgow. A glazed wall was installed in order to create a flow of light and space throughout the first floor. The staircase is a strong modern element but with glazed balustrade which allows light to flow down from a rooflight above to provide quality of light.
