Based in Glasgow, AB Architects provide architectural services throughout Scotland. As the company has relatively low overheads, a variety of architectural services can be provided at low cost for any size of project from small house extensions to large commercial projects.

Available services range from feasibility sketches to assess whether a project is worthwhile, to a drawing service for planning/ warrant/ licensing applications, through to a full architectural service including contract administration of the works on site.

Although the company formed in 2008, the principal has more than 10 years’ experience as a practicing chartered architect including the delivery of over 300 dwellings (both houses and flats) and various office, retail, industrial, education and sports buildings.

You can be assured of a professional service encompassing the best design skills, adding quality and value to your project, combined with the requisite management skills to help ensure your project is delivered on time and on budget. We also pride ourselves on listening to our clients, effectively interpreting their requirements, and delivering beautiful buildings which are appropriate to our clients’ needs and circumstances.

With sustainable design a speciality the principal is a member of The Green Register of Construction Professionals and can advise from extensive experience on the most cost effective ways of procuring a sustainable building.
